All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AshX Tech Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for service outages or technical issues.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
